Ingredients
2 lbs. ground bison
1 med size jar of pasta sauce
7 oz spaghetti noodles
4 cups shredded cheese
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 large can of mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and brown bison meat
Step 2
Beat Egg in Milk
Step 3
In 9x13 pan layer bottom to top: noodles, egg/milk mixture, ground bison sauce, mushrooms, cheese and pepperoni on top
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins, until bubbly. Rest 10 mins before serving.
